This policy explains what we collect when you send a request through this site and how we use it. Our contact details and the legal name of the operator will be listed here before the first edition is booked.

What we collect

When you send a request we receive your business name, contact name, email, business category, city and state, ZIP or area, service area, and, if you add them, your phone number, website and comments. We also store the date, the area your request is assigned to, and the consents you gave.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, tell you about open spots, dates and pricing, verify businesses, and plan new areas. We only send marketing emails if you check the separate optional box. Sending a request is not a purchase.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the site’s database on Cloudflare. Your contact details are never shown publicly. Only the site owner can see them. We don’t sell your information.

Cookies and the map

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser. The map may load background tiles from OpenStreetMap and state outlines from jsDelivr; those services receive standard request data such as your IP address.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your details while we need them to handle your request and plan editions. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting us.

Updates

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page. The consent version is saved with each request.
